I beg you to speak foreign languages is the first exhibited work of the artist in Germany and is a reaction to navigating life in a foreign land and language. The work uses the format of collaging text and image to convey the overlapping of layers of experiences the artist is exposed to. Text and image are used to convey the phenomenon of sound, to suggest painstaking learning, to heighten confusion. They are used to convey emotional distortions, speechlessness, facelessness.

The facial illustrations with adjectives are the opinions of passersby about the artwork that the artist integrates into the installation.
